Virtual or live, in-person sound baths and other similar classes are offered for individuals, couples or groups of people and are typically about 60 minutes. The different sounds and instruments help to move the listener into a relaxed state as the harmonic, coherent frequencies move through each and every cell to help calm, renew and relax the mind, body and spirit.
Enjoy a customized virtual or live, in-person event or class for your employees, students or attendees! You can choose from a range of alternative modalities such as a virtual or live in-person sound bath, guided meditation, breathwork or even a Kundalini yoga class. What Is Sound Healing?
To build a foundation of understanding concerning the physics of sound, let us first
define sound. Sound in air is the transfer of periodic vibrations between adjacent colliding
atoms or molecules.

Terry is a Certified Meditation Teacher, Breathwork Coach, Sound Healing Practitioner and Kundalini Instructor with a passion for helping others heal and grow to their fullest potential.
With sound healing, breathwork, mantra and meditation, you can embark on a deep inner journey through space, conscious awareness, breath, tone and vibration to access the well of knowledge and self healing available to us all.
Learning to breathe deeply and completely is probably the most effective for developing higher consciousness, better health, vitality, and a feeling of connectedness.
